The purpose of this conference is to examine the educational situation, difficulties, and concerns of children from scheduled castes and scheduled tribes following independence. These sessions will also highlight the causes of educational backwardness, issues in implementing and ensuring constitutional safeguards, and positive discrimination as they pertain to the empowerment of scheduled castes and scheduled tribes through the educational upliftment.
